Welcome to Sareeza. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any product from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products, Colours and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our sarees as accurately as possible. However:

  • The exact colour and shade may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device, lighting and display settings.
  • Minor variations in weave, print alignment, texture and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted and printed sarees, and are not defects.
  • Unless clearly stated on the product page, the blouse piece is unstitched and its shade may vary slightly from the saree body.
  • Product images are for reference. Accessories, jewellery or styling shown in photographs are not part of the product unless explicitly mentioned.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time, without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a technical or human error.

In such a case, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed and payment received. If your order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to buy, not a confirmed contract. We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available
  • The pricing or product information was listed incorrectly
  • The order appears fraudulent, suspicious, or is placed for resale
  • The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or not serviceable
  • The customer has a history of refused, undelivered or abusive orders

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

A GST invoice will be issued for every order in accordance with applicable Indian tax law.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is offered as a convenience and is subject to serviceability and our discretion.

If a COD order is refused at the door, fails OTP verification, or is repeatedly returned undelivered, we reserve the right to restrict COD for that customer or address, and to require prepaid payment on all future orders. Repeated misuse of COD may result in suspension of ordering privileges.

8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping timelines, charges and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the mandatory unboxing video requirement, and refund timelines are set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw or modify any offer at any time. Any misuse of a discount code may result in cancellation of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, the Sareeza name, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Geet Fashion and is protected under Indian intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Post false, abusive or misleading reviews or content
  • Scrape, copy or extract our product data or images using automated tools
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the website's operation

We may suspend or terminate access to our store for any user who breaches these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our store may link to third-party websites, payment gateways or courier tracking services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or performance of those third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the value of the order paid by you.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, network failures or government restrictions.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and will apply to all orders placed after that date.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, or any order placed with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
